Meet the Team

Sean Gasperetti

In September 2017, my family and I, along with some friends, started a church in Everett called Reach. We’re part of a family of churches who love Jesus and our region. A lot. Being motivated by a Gospel of hope, rescue, and redemption, we’ve found much joy serving a God who invites outsiders and wanderers–people like us–into His family. My greatest desire is to spend my life sharing that story with anyone who might listen.

I’m a true local to Snohomish County. I grew up here, and I can’t imagine living anywhere else. Before stepping into pastoral ministry in 2009, I was a volunteer worship leader, touring musician, Bible school student, and keeper of odd jobs (carpet cleaning, coffee roasting, Trader Joe’s, to name a few). I’m married to my best friend, Kara. We have a daughter named Adelie, and a baby boy named Leo.

Reach functions thanks to an army of volunteers who help turn our vision into reality. We’re a better place because of them!

Stephen Marti

Hey! I’m Stephen and I help facilitate all things worship and gatherings around here. I get excited for what’s possible when the Church gets together to sing, pray, open Scripture, and hear from God. My passion is for pointing people to Jesus through the medium’s of art and technology and I am grateful for the opportunity to be involved with both here at Reach.

I’ve been leading worship since I picked up a guitar in high school, and spend most of my work week as a vocational songwriter and music producer.

I am married to my best friend Tayla, who’s often helping me lead worship. We love traveling (27 countries and counting), food (that reminds us of our travels), coffee (because it never doesn’t sound good), and Seattle sports (actually that’s just me…my wife half-cares to appease me).

We live in Everett and can’t imagine living elsewhere.
